Orders & Tracking
All orders are fully tracked. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
Delivered Monday to Friday by DHL, fully tracked. We aim to deliver within 48 hours of processing your order. Orders placed Friday to Sunday are processed on Monday.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated automatically from the total weight of your basket, and always shown in your cart before you check out — no surprises at the till.
- Orders up to 3kg: £3.75, or FREE on orders over £50
- Orders 3kg to 30kg: £5.75, or FREE on orders over £50
- Orders 30kg to 60kg: £11.50, or FREE on orders over £100
- Orders 60kg to 150kg: from £17.25, or FREE on orders over £200
- Orders over 150kg: free delivery applies up to 150kg — above that we charge the carrier's rate on the extra weight only, from £10.07 per additional 30kg. Shown in your cart before you pay.
Our own-brand UK9 range of supplements is always FREE DELIVERY (Vitality Boost, JointCare+, CalmingCare, Probiotics, Green Lipped Mussels, BladderCare and our water bottle). These are fulfilled by Amazon, including weekends — everything else is dispatched by DHL courier, with tracking emailed to you as soon as it's on its way.
Areas We Don't Deliver To
We're unable to offer standard delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, or Channel Islands. If you're based in these areas please get in touch.
For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the delivery cost for your location.
Returns & Refunds
UK9 Own-Brand Products
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us with your order number and we'll arrange the return. Refunds processed within 5 working days of receiving the item back.
Pet & Equestrian/Farm
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened, unused items in original packaging. Please contact us with your order number before returning any item.
