All UK9 own-brand products are dispatched via Amazon Logistics, so you get fast, reliable delivery with full tracking from day one.

All Other Products — UK Mainland
Products from our wider pet and equestrian range are shipped via DHL and are fully tracked throughout. Delivery is calculated automatically from the total weight of your basket, and always shown in your cart before you check out.
- Under 3kg: £3.75, or FREE on orders over £40
- Over 3kg: weight-banded — £6.79 (3.01–40kg), £13.58 (40.01–60kg), £21.10 (60.01–90kg), £28.10 (90.01–120kg), £36.10 (120.01–150kg)
- Free delivery on heavier orders: over £70 for orders up to 30kg, over £100 for orders 30–60kg, and over £150 for orders over 60kg
- Order before 11am for next day delivery Monday to Thursday
- Friday & weekend orders will be despatched on a Monday excluding Bank Holidays (Tuesday)
- Order after 11am: delivery within 1–3 business days
- Tracked delivery on every order
Scottish Highlands & Islands
We can deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, but courier surcharges apply. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the exact delivery cost for your location — standard online rates may not apply.
Areas We Don't Currently Deliver To
Due to courier restrictions, we're unable to offer standard delivery to the following areas:
- Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)
- Isle of Wight (PO30–PO41)
- Isles of Scilly (TR21–TR25)
- Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey)
