Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Return Postage

If you change your mind, you pay the cost of return postage. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return cost in full — please contact us at info@uk9.co.uk before sending it back.

How to Return an Item

Please send your return to our checking centre at the address below. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining your proof of postage.
