We want your items to arrive as quickly as possible. Here's how to track your delivery depending on which products you ordered.
UK9 Branded ProductsOur own-brand UK9 Petcare products — are fulfilled by Amazon Logistics. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email directly from Amazon containing your tracking link and estimated delivery date.
Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Amazon after placing your order.
All Other ProductsProducts fulfilled by our partnered suppliers, shipped directly from the supplier. You'll receive a separate shipping confirmation email with a carrier tracking number once your order is dispatched.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3–5 business days of your order, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.
