Products
We supply food, supplements, bedding, health care and accessories for dogs,
cats, horses, birds, small animals, poultry and other farm animals, alongside
our own-brand UK9 Petcare range. Our products are intended to support the
general health and wellbeing of your animal and are not intended to diagnose,
treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult your vet if your animal has
a medical condition, is pregnant or nursing, or is receiving other treatment.

Orders & pricing
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to
cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Delivery
Delivery charges, timeframes and the areas we cover are set out in our Shipping
Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery timeframes are estimates and
may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, and branding — is the
property of UK9 Petcare and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UK9 Petcare shall not be liable for any
indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website.
